PURPOSE:To improve the ride feeling, the driving property, and the stability, by converting the steering with the selected mode while deciding a control constant, deciding the car body posture variating condition from the detected car body posture varying condition value and the control value, and converting the suspension property from the resultant value. CONSTITUTION:By selecting a normal mode or a sporty mode with a mode selection device (a), the steering property is converted in the selected mode, and, at the same time, a control constant is decided by a control constant setting device (d). On the other hand, a car body posture varying condition detecting device b detects the posture varying condition value from the car speed, the car height, the brake data, and the like, and inputs to a car body posture varying condition deciding device (c). The deciding device (c) compares the control value and the posture varying condition value, decides the car body posture varying condition, inputs the result to a suspension property converting device (e), and converts the suspension property (f). In such a way, the driving property and the like can be fitted as desired.
