Piezoelectric control valve

A piezoelectric control valve, especially for controlling the fuel injection by way of an injection valve is described, which comprises a piezoelectric control element arranged in a housing, and a valve. By means of a hydraulic clearance adjusting element inside the control valve, possible longitudinal variations of the reference system are automatically compensated for as a result of piezo-ceramic setting processes in the piezoelectric control element, so that a constant valve lift is always ensured for a constant working stroke of the piezoelectric control element.
