摘要 PURPOSE:To rapidly adjust the degree of parallelism of a squeegee head to a substrate with high accuracy and good reproducibility, by detecting the inclination of the squeegee head to the substrate on the basis of the output of an optical sensor and automatically adjusting the inclination of the squeegee head by a motor. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 28 turns a switch 28 ON at first when the degree of parallelism of the squeegee head is detected and performs the selective ON-operation of analogue switches 24, 27 in predetermined timing in this state to selectively take in the interval data between the both end parts of the squeegee head 1 and a substrate 11. Then, said microprocessor 28 calculates the inclination of the squeegee head 1 to the substrate 11 from the interval data and drives a cylinder motor 9 according to the quantity of the inclination to attain the coincidence of the interval data and sets the squeegee head 1 in parallel to the substrate 11.
