PURPOSE:To prevent an extra-fine wire from being disconnected due to a certain cause after completion by providing a slack at a wire between the entangled part of the starting end of a wound wire and the winding starting position of the coil wound on a member to be wound, thereby removing an abnormal tension of the wire of the starting end side. CONSTITUTION:In order to slack a wire 1b between the entangled part 1a of the starting end of a formed winding and the starting end 1s of a wound coil 1c, the position of the entangled part 1a is moved to the vicinity of the support 4a of a pin along the pin 4. Thus, the hole 5a of a corrector 5 is first moved on the axis of the pin 4, and the corrector 5 is so moved that the end of the pin 4 is inserted to the hole 5a. Then, the pin 4 is interposed between the ends 5c and 5d of the corrector 5. The entangled part 1a can be approached by the ends 5c, 5d of the corrector to the support 4a. Thus, the wire 1b between the starting end 1a of the coil 1c and the entangled part 1a is slacked in the state that a tension is scarcely applied.
