PURPOSE:To enhance oxygen absorbency and to make quick charge possible by spraying conductive fibers onto the plate surface, and positioning the fibers in a thickness direction of the plate. CONSTITUTION:A punched metal 1 is fed to a coating bath 3 with a feed roller 2, coated with paste 8, and controlled so as to have a specified coated thickness by passing through a slit 5. Conductive fibers having a specified length are sprayed on both sides of the plate passed through the slit 5 from a spray nozzle 6, and positioned in a thickness direction of the plate with a magnet 7, and the plate is passed through a drying tower 4 to dry and to complete the plate. Conductive networks are formed by conductive fibers in a thickness direction of the plate, and the core and the surface of the plate are connected with conductive fibers. Therefore, the surface of the electrode is easily charged. |
