PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in delivery work by installing a delivery/ collecting conveyor which collects the stored substance transported by a circular conveyor and carries out the stored substance in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:A circular conveyor 2 is equipped with a grooved circular tray 2a for guiding the stored substance to a prescribed collecting conveyor 3, and a blade 2b is moved in sliding on the circle tray 2a in one revolution direction by a motor 2d for driving a chain 2c. Though the collecting conveyor 3 is installed in the radial direction under the circular conveyor 2, an opened port part 2e for dropping the stored substance transported by the blade 2b onto the collecting conveyor is formed at the crossing part of the circular tray 2a with the collecting conveyor 3. The stored substance which is dropped onto the collecting conveyor 3 is carried out to a side wall 1 side by the collecting conveyor 3, and discharged outside a tank A by a vertical conveyor 4 erected at the edge part.
