PURPOSE:To suppress the oil splashing by discharging the discharge fluid to a passage formed between an air cut surface and a motor. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 and compressor elements 6 are installed into a sealed casing 1, and the discharge fluid which is discharged inside the casing 1 through a discharge chamber 12. Inside the compression element 6, a bypass passage 14 extending from the chamber 12 is formed. The discharge fluid is discharged into a passage 15 formed between the inner wall surface of the casing 1 and the air cut surface 2c of the motor 2 through the bypass passage 14. With such constitution, the discharge of the discharge fluid to the boss side bearing part of a front head can be reduced, and the oil splashing can be reduced.
