On the basis of the signal, the transport controller 7 instructs an automatic valve 15 closest to the closed part about opening, and the pressurized air is jetted to the conduit of the closed part, and a plug of transported articles clogging in the conduit is destroyed to the advance-enable state by the air pressure, and then transport is restarted. when the conduit in the closed part is opened, and the vibrating plate of the vibration oscillation resonance detector 1 is removed of an adhering article, the transmission of the deection signal is suspended, and the instruction signal supplied from the transport controller 7 is eliminated, and the automatic valve 15 is closed to restore the normal transport state.
