PURPOSE:To provide the title phosphor which contains no S component, has excellent, emission and a long life and is blue, by doping ZnO.Ga2O3 as a parent material with Li and Ti as activators. CONSTITUTION:1mol of Ga2O3 and 0.5-4.0mol of ZnO are mixed with 1X10<-6>-1X10<-3>mol of Li2TiO2. The mixture is fired in a nitrogen gas atmosphere contg. H2 at 900 deg.C for 2hr to obtain a gallate composite oxide phosphor excited with electron beam, in which a parent material having a composition of ZnO.Ga2O3 is doped with Li and Ti as activators.
