摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit with less parasitic reactance and less delay time by providing two common source FET inverters, two capacitors connected between one drain of the FET inverters and other gate and two gate bias circuits supplying a variable voltage to each gate of the FET inverters so as to simplify the circuit constitution. CONSTITUTION:The titled multivibrator consists of a 1st FET inverter 101 comprising a FET 102 and a load resistor 103, a 2nd FET inverter 104 comprising a FET 105 and a load resistor 106, two capacitors 107 connected respectively between the drain of the 1st FET inverter and a gate of the 2nd FET inverter respectively, two gate bias circuits 109 supplying a bias voltage to a gate of the 1st FET inverter, gate voltage supply terminals 111, 112 and output terminals 113 and 114. Thus, the oscillated output frequency is changed by changing at least one supply voltage of the two gate bias circuits.
