PURPOSE:To attain a simple and automatic start of jobs at a remote place by starting directly the jobs via a terminal floppy equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a floppy disk 2 is loaded on a terminal floppy disk device 1, this fact is informed to a host computer 7 and a job stream data input storing program 9 is started. The program 9 inputs the job stream data on the disk 2 via an input means 10 to store it into a file of an external memory 12 and continues the input storing process until the job stream data is through. When the end of the job stream data is detected, the program 9 gives a job start request and the data store end information to a job starting system and ejects the disk 2 out of the device 1 via an ejecting means 3.
