PURPOSE:To prevent the operation timing from deviating by operating the loading-out and -in of a tray and the up-and-down motion of a disk lever and also the work of a clamp holder and clamp presser which act to move a clamper up and down, all by means of an operation of a rack bar only which is driven by a motor. CONSTITUTION:After a disk is placed on push-out parts 10a and 10b of their respective F disk lever 10 and R disk lever 11 of a tray 1 under the loading-out condition, a motor 8 starts to rotate in the occasion of such a command. Consequently, a rack bar 6 starts to move in the direction of loading of the tray 1 by meshing a gear wheel 9 with a rack 6b of the rack bar 6, and the rack bar 6 and a slide base 2 are moved together. When the tray 1 is at its introduced position in the player, the introduction of the tray 1 is stopped by a stopper of a loading base 4, while the rack bar 6 only moves on and thus the F and R disk levers 10 and 11 are pushed up by a projection part of a cam surface 6c, and push-up parts 10b and 11b descend and then the disk is set to the rotation axis.
