PURPOSE:To ensure continuous program operations by detecting the coincidence of addresses after adding the conditions to decide whether the executing addresses of a program are kept within a prescribed range or not. CONSTITUTION:A program counter intra-range check means 3 checks whether the value of a program counter 1 is kept or not within a range between the upper and lower limit levels shown by a program counter range register 2. If so, '1' is outputted to a signal line 9. While a microprogram address coincidence detecting means 6 compares the value of a microprogram counter 4 with the contents of a microprogram address coincidence designating register 5. Then '1' is outputted to a signal line 10 when the coincidence is obtained from said comparison. A condition deciding means 7 outputs '1' to a signal line 11 when the inputs of both lines 9 and 10 are equal to '1'. Receiving the outputted '1', a microprogram address coincidence informing means 8 informs the coincidence of addresses. In such a way, the continuous program operations are secured.
