PURPOSE:To prevent the surface of a product from being flawed, and to exactly hold a press product in a press die by providing a means for executing a male die operation of press blanking by a hydraulic pressure of a high pressure, and pressing, etc., a product being in a blanking process, by an air pressure of a low pressure. CONSTITUTION:A press product C is carried into a prescribed position of a female die B and a male die A, and by operating stamp holding air cylinders 43, 36, a stamp C4 of the press product C is inserted and held by stamp holders 42, 37. Subsequently, when the press product C is moved to the female die B surface by driving the air cylinder 36, a runner of the press product C is inserted between positioning pins 33, and a vertical position of the runner is corrected. Next, a product holding rod 35 is advanced by driving a product holding air cylinder 30, and the back of the press product C is held down. Thereafter, by driving an oil cylinder 20, the product is blanked by the male die A. By operating an overflow pressing rod 25 together with the oil cylinder 20, an overflow which is left on the female die B is eliminated.
