发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FIBER REINFORCED UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN FOAM
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce the foam excellent in mechanical strength and rigidity, while improving its operation efficiency, reducing its production cost and lightening its weight by heating and curing as well as foaming the fiber impregnated with specified liquid material in a mold. CONSTITUTION:Hydrogen ammonium carbonate powder as a foaming agent, organic peroxide as a curing agent, curing accelerating agent, anhydrous organic acid and, if necessary, foam stabilizer are added into unsaturated polyester and mixed with them, and this anhydrous mixed solution is added uniformly at room temperature into the reinforcing material provided with resin forcing layer in which at least one surface of high-elastic unwoven cloth is composed of a plurality of fibers. The liquid impregnated fiber body thus obtained is heated and cured as well as being foamed in a mold. This high elastic unwoven cloth has high restoring elastic force, and especially polyester family fiber is preferable thereto. The unwoven cloth having the properties of 10-40 cm<3>/g bulk and 10-50 g restoring elastic force is preferably used, and as the resin forcing layer, glass fiber mat is suitable. Thus, the foam excellent in mechanical strength and rigidity may be obtained.
