PURPOSE:To simplify the system constitution by providing a function section used in common in a dubbing recorder to a video signal processing unit as a single function section without being provided to each dubbing recorder individually. CONSTITUTION:The dubbing recorders 12-1-12-N consist each of a rotary drive means 20 comprising mainly a mechanism relating directly to the recording of a video signal and driving a rotary magnetic recording medium 16 such as a magnetic disk, a head moving means 18 moving a magnetic head 14 in the radial direction of the rotary magnetic recording medium 16 and a servo control means 22 or the like. The other functions such as a control means 24 controlling directly each of the dubbing recorders 12-1-12-N and a signal processing means or the like, are used in common to the plural dubbing devices 12-1-12-N, then they are not provided individually to the dubbing devices 12-1-12-N but provided to the video signal processing unit 10 only. Thus, the constitution as the entire system is simplified.
