PURPOSE:To prevent a compressor from tilting by arranging a projecting portion plastically formed in stages from the base of a base plate toward the compressor and by arranging such that the projecting portion is located between damper rubbers with the top portion of the projecting portion being approximately at the same height with that of a rim of a leg plate of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 3 is mounted on a base plate 2 while plastically formed portions 7-9 are arranged in stages. The plastically formed portions 8 and 9 are arranged between damper rubbers 10 with an approximate center of the top portion 9 being at the same height with that of a rim portion 11b of a leg plate 11. As a result, even when the compressor 3 tends to tilt resisting against a resillient force of the damper rubbers 10, the tilt is restricted by the contact of the rim portion 11b with the topmost portion of the plastically formed portion 9.
