<p>PURPOSE:To vaporize injection water completely by a method wherein the amount of injection water is measured in step with incinerating conditions and the number of water injection nozzles used which minimize the particle diameter of injection water is automatically controlled and the water injection hour of individual nozzles is made uniform. CONSTITUTION:The amount of injection water is determined by a signal 8 for inlet gas temp. at an Entry Point. On the basis of the water amount the number of nozzles used and the designation of injection nozzles are decided by a controller 17 for the amount of injection water and the nozzles. Total injection hour for each nozzle is uniformly controlled by a microcomputer in order to avoid the case that the injection of specified nozzles is stopped for a long time caused by the controlled number of nozzles and also in order to unify the injection hour of each nozzle. The water injection is constantly carried out by the number of nozzles corresponding to the amount of injection water, and so is the stable control for the rising and falling temp. of exhaust gas even when the amount of injection water is small in such a case as the start or stop time of an incinerator. The burning of the nozzles is able to be prevented by the control for total injection hour of the water injection nozzles even if the water injection is stopped form a long time.</p> |
