PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of an interference wave over a wide band width by providing an A/D converter outputting the deviation of a demodulation signal from a prescribed position as a binary signal. CONSTITUTION:One signal S1 of two demodulation signals obtained from orthogonal amplitude modulation wave where interface waves coexist through orthogonal phase detection by a demodulation means 1 is subjected to multilevel discrimination by a multilevel discriminating means 2, the deviation of the discriminated demodulation signal from a prescribed location is detected to extract an interference wave signal as a binary signal E1. The amplitude E1 of the extracted interference wave cancels the interference wave component included in each of two demodulation signals S1, S2 by means of tow signals through the control of 1st and 2nd control means 12, 14, 6 and 13, 15, 7 and orthogonal amplitude modulation component is excluded by a multilevel discrimination means 2. Thus, the C/N of the interference wave signal to be extracted is excellent and the necessity of improving the C/N through the band limit by the filter of a narrow band is eliminated and the effect of the interference wave over the wide band is excluded.
