PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a deformation of an insert at the time of casting of a material and collapse of a form or distortion of the insert at the time of mold release, by a method wherein the insert is kept at a temperature where the insert possesses a shape retention capacity at the time of the casting of a rubber material and pulling out of a core. CONSTITUTION:An inner circumferential surface 31 is formed of a hard resin ring part 7 and a rubber body part 9 is composed of a rubber compound and a cut part 6 is formed on the same in a stabilizer bushing 31. A ring part 7 which becomes an insert is formed through extrusion or injection and held by inserting a core 19 into same. The ring part 7 is set to a bottom force 21a of a mold 21 and the rubber compound is cast into a cavity 23 by performing mold clamping. Although the temperature of the rubber compound is close to the softening temperature of a forming material of the ring part 7, since a casting period of time is short, deformation of the ring part 7 does not happen. At the time of heating and vulcanization of the mold 21, a temperature rise of the ring part 7 is performed also and the ring part 7 adheres to the rubber compound. When the ring part 7 is cooled down to a temperature where the ring part 7 possesses the shape retention capacity, the core 19 is pulled out. |
