摘要 PURPOSE:To integrally form a film set through polymerization onto the surface of a molded item by a method wherein a coating made of resin, which crosslinks through polymerization by heating, is formed onto the cavity part of an injection mold and, after that, set or gelled under the state that inert gas is blasted in the cavity of the mold or the cavity is vacuumized and finally the mold is perfectly closed to inject resin in the cavity. CONSTITUTION:Resin composition blended with radical initiator is coated in thin film onto one surface or both surfaces of the cavity parts of an injection mold under open state. After that, the mold is closed and inert gas is flowed from an influx port 10 into the mold. At this time, the cavity parts are surrounded by a seal ring 6, the air in the cavity is driven out by and replaced with the inert gas. Being free from the setting inhibition by oxygen in the air, the crosslinking reaction through polymerization takes place instantaneously in the coated radical setting type coating so as to form a set or gelled film. After that, the mold is closed perfectly and molten resin is injected from the nozzle of an injection molder in the mold. Since the influx port 14 and efflux port 13 of the inert gas are closed by closing the mold, no leakage of the molten resin through the ports 13 and 14 occurs at all.
