PICTURE DATA BUS

摘要

PURPOSE:To perform the pipeline processing over many steps at high speed and with high efficiency by using plural data buses set in common among plural modules after cutting these buses at prescribed positions. CONSTITUTION:The data buses 1-4 are cut at prescribed points X, and X1-X4 and used only for transfer of data within plural module groups which are divided into plural blocks at positions corresponding to said cut positions of buses 1-4. As a result, a single data bus is separated at those cutting points and functions apparently as plural independent data buses. Thus it is possible to increase the number of substantial data buses without increasing the number of those data buses connected in common among plural modules. Then the pipeline processing is carried out over many steps at high speed and with high efficiency.
