PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time, by providing a process separately which processes plural wiring disposal processes in parallel with plural processors and moves a decided wiring, and performing it in parallel with a wiring disposal. CONSTITUTION:A monitor process processor 20 generates a wiring process 12 which divides and processes a wiring request to an appropriate number according to the request information of a wiring design data base 11, and delivers and executes it to a wiring process processor 23. The wiring process processor 23, when deciding the necessity of the movement of the decided wiring, informs it to the monitor process processor 20, and after that, progresses a wiring design processing assuming that the decided wiring is moved. The monitor process processor 20 generates a moving process 25 for the moving processing of the decided wiring, and delivers and executes it to a moving process processor 24. The monitor process processor 20 changes mutually the wiring process processor 23 and the moving process processor 24, thereby, the degree of parallelization can be maintained. In such way, processing efficiency in the parallel processing of the wiring design can be improved.
