PURPOSE:To enable the condition of a matte surface of a substrate to be faithfully transferred onto a printing surface by a method wherein a layer having releasability from the substrate and minimum thermal deformation properties is provided between the matte surface of the heat-resistant matte film substrate and a hot melt transfer coloring layer. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resistant matte film substrate 1 is a heat-resistant film having at least one matted surface. As a film forming material, plastics such as polyester and papers such as condenser paper are generally used. As the matte processing, either a processing such as an embossing of the film itself or a roughening by coating a matte coating agent may be used. A release layer 2, which is made of a component containing ethylene unsaturated group in the molecule and contains acryloyl group in the molecule as a component, is crosslinked due to the irradiation of ionizing radiation after being coated. A coloring layer 3, which is a conventional hot melt transfer ink layer, is printed by using a thermal printer, whereby a printed matter with a matte printing surface is obtained. |
