THERMAL INSULATION OF AN INDUCTION HEAT TUNNEL

In order to keep the heat losses low between two inductance coils (10, 11) of an induction heat tunnel, an insulating plate (24) is mounted below the transport path (23). A support roller arranged between the inductance coils is designed as a pinion (13). The insulating plate (24) has recesses (29), through which segments (30) of the discs (15) of the pinion (13) project upwards as far as the transport path (23).
