PURPOSE:To enhance liquid film scraping capacity and reliability by making it possible to finely adjust the scraping amount of the liquid film on the peripheral surface of a roller, by mounting a scraper blade part allowed to advance and retract with respect to the peripheral surface of the roller by the attack surface thereof holding a definite attack angle to the peripheral surface of the roller to be pressed to the outer peripheral surface of the roller. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus is constituted so as to be equipped with the non-flexible scraper 15 provided so as to be connected to a moving support stand 12 through a spring member 13 and a scraper blade part 15a provided to the leading end part of the scraper 15 and allowed to advance and retract with respect to the peripheral surface of a roller 10 by the attack surface 15b thereof holding a definite attack angle to the outer peripheral surface of the roller 10 to be pressed to the peripheral surface of the roller 10. Even when the attack angle surface 15b of the scraper blade part 15a is pressed to the peripheral surface of the roller 10 to receive the reaction force, the scraper 15 is horizontally moved by the energizing force due to a spring member 13 and the attack angle surface 15b is held to a definite attack angle theta and the scraping action of a liquid film (a) due to the scraper blade part 15a is held to a desired state and the scraper blade part 15a of the scraper 15 is allowed to advance and retract with respect to the peripheral surface of the roller 10 at a slow speed by a screw shaft 11 through the moving support stand 12 and the spring member 13. |
