PURPOSE:To accurately detect the presence of channel mis-connection by sending a different calling sound signal at every originating line so as to detect the calling sound signal of each incoming line respectively. CONSTITUTION:The calling sound signal from a calling sound sending circuit 241 is sent to originating trunks 221-223 at an interrupting interval set differently at every trunk in a control circuit 261 of a pseudo call processor 200 by controlling on/off state of a switch circuit 242. Then the control program of a storage circuit 262 controls a selection circuit 252 to connect the calling sound signal of each incoming trunk to a calling sound reception circuit 251 sequentially. Then the circuit 251 measures intermittent interval of the calling sound signal, informs it to the circuit 261 at every incoming trunk, the presence or absence of calling connection is detected accurately based on the notice to specify the mis-connection line.
