PURPOSE:To properly relieve shearing force due to the impact force and sliding friction of an armature, by using a sheet-like member wherein a buffer material is held between polymer films separately provided toward the suction surface side and armature side of a core and integrally laminated to both films. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like member 15 is constituted so that a buffer material 18, for example, made of silicone rubber is held between the first polymer film 16 contacted with the suction surface 14 of a core 2a and the second polymer film 17 having an impact surface with which an armature 14 collides and all of the polymer films and buffer material are fixed each other, for example, by an adhesive. Since impact force Pc is relieved by the elastic deformation of the buffer material 18 and both polymer films 16, 17 are easy to relatively slide with respect to the armature 14 and the suction surface of the core 2a because of their relatively smooth surfaces, shearing force Ps can be properly relieved by the sliding action of said films. |
