PURPOSE:To enhance not only the working efficiency in the replacement of a plate but also the working efficiency and safety in washing, by providing the functions of high speed inching and high speed reverse inching high in the number of rotations are compared with slow movement, ordinary inching and reverse inching. CONSTITUTION:At the time of high speed inching, a relay C and a relay SHF are driven by a plate replacing control apparatus CH only for a period necessary for performing inching operation and a field current is supplied to a motor M from a field amplifier MA in a forward rotation direction. At the time of high speed reverse inching, relays SHR, D are driven and the motor M reversely rotates. At the time of inching, when a switch SF is pushed, relays A, F are operated and the circuit of a resistor VR1 is selected by a contact A1. At the time of reverse inching, when a switch SR is pushed, relays B, R are driven and the circuit of the resistor VR1 is selected by a contact B1.
