PURPOSE:To make a universal joint unnecessary and simplify and miniaturize a device by inclinedly providing the main shaft of a double differential device which carries out differential rotation in between the axles of front and rear wheels placed in diagonal positions, at a specified angle to the rear axles. CONSTITUTION:A double differential device 1 is formed so that an annular planetary carrier 5 and inner and outer planetary gears 6, 7 are rotated by means of a main shaft 3 on the extension of a transmission shaft 2 via a planetary carrier shaft 4. And, the rotation of the planetary gear 6 is transmitted to an annular shaft 11 via an inner front side gear 8, an annular shaft 9, a front drive gear 10, etc., and the rotation of the planetary gear 7 is transmitted to an inside shaft 16 via an outer front side gear 13, an annular shaft 14, a rear drive gear 15, etc. In this case, the coaxially provided inside shaft 16 and annular shaft 11 are crossed at an angle of approx. 8 deg. to the main shaft 3, which, in turn, is provided on a line crossing at an angle of approx. 86 deg. to right and left rear axles.
