Calcium oxaprozin is prepared by treating oxaprozine with calcium ion supplier. β-(4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-il) propionic acid (6kg) is stirred in distilled water (60kg) and 46-48% sodium hydroxide solution (1.85kg) to transfer sodium salt. In this solution, add calcium chloride solution and filter the produced salt in vacuum and wash with distilled water until chloride is absent. The product is β-(4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-il) propionic acid 4H2O. |
