PURPOSE:To prevent vibration of gear teeth and noise, by filling resin into bottoms between rotor gear teeth and between the teeth provided at stator poles and curing the resin to integrate the poles of rotor and stator. CONSTITUTION:On the circumferential surface of a rotor 1, protrusions and recesses are provided at predetermined pitches in the axial direction of a motor shaft, and they form teeth 3 and bottoms 4, respectively. Resin 5 is filled into the bottoms 4 of the recessed parts and is hardened. The outside circumferential surface of the rotor 1 is uniformly circumferential. At the tip of a pole 6 of a stator 2 surrounding the outer rotor 1, protrusions and recesses are provided to form teeth 7 and bottoms 8, respectively. To the bottoms 8 the resin 5 is also filled and hardened. The resin 5 is filled to a slot 9 between poles 6 of the stator 2, and integrally hardened together with a winding 10 wound around the pole 6.
