PURPOSE:To select and control an optional equipment on an outgoing side by making it possible to set the optional equipment in a house according as a caller inputs a control code at the time of the absence of an incoming side. CONSTITUTION:A titled device equips a detection means 12 for detecting the outgoing call from the caller, information means 13 and 17 for informing the permission of setting the control code to the caller according to the detection of the outgoing call, control code setting means 16, 13 and 18 for setting the control code according as the caller inputs the control code based on the information and control means 19-21 for controlling the corresponding equipment based on the set control code. Thus the caller optionally selects the control code so as to set and even if there are equipments whose control codes are respectively different in a house the caller can select and control the necessary equipment from a visiting destination.
