PURPOSE:To realize a maximum output with maximum efficiency by constituting the elliptical vibrations of an ultrasonic motor by a nonlinear resonance system, selecting the height of drive frequency by the resiliency of the nonlinear resonance system and forming mechatronic-feedback. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor is organized of a stator and a rotor 7, and the stator is constructed by unifying piezoelectric bodies 3, 3', a drum section 2, a torsional connector 1, terminal boards 4, 4', and a washer 5 by a bolt 6. The rotor 7 integrally has a shaft 11, and the rotor 7 is contact-bonded with the upper surface of a beam 1' in the stator (the connector 1) by a nonlinear spring 10 and a bolt 8 penetrated to a bearing 9. Accordingly, when the spring 10 having the nonlinear characteristics is used, a ferroresonance phenomenon employing a resiliency-increasing spring in a resonance system is observed, thus acquiring flat frequency characteristics by applying the AC voltage of fixed voltage to the motor. |
