发明名称 LASER DIODE DRIVING CONTROLLER
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent an initial light emission output from being mis-set and a light output from varying owing to variance of a light emission efficiency and a radiation intensity distribution by providing laser diode driving current control loops of two systems which are controlled by a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A driving current is controlled by the control loop A consisting of a photodetector 2, the microcomputer 3, and a current generator 4 so that the light emission output of a laser diode 1 to be measured reaches a set value inputted previously to the microcomputer 3. After the light emission output is set, the driving current is controlled by monitoring variation of the light emission output by the control loop B consisting of a photodetector 2a, the microcomputer 3, and the current generator 4. The photodetector 2 confirms the setting of the light emission output and the photodetector 2a monitors the light output. Further, the microcomputer 3 controls the reading and storing of the set value of the light emission output, the setting and confirmation of the light emission output, and comparison between the initial light emission output and current light emission output, and an increase or decrease of the laser diode having current.
