PURPOSE:To form a small unevenness in an optional shape on a cutting face according to the laser output state of a working pulse and to form an antiskid face by setting the value of the AC voltage impressing on a laser oscillator in two ways and alternately outputting them from a power source device. CONSTITUTION:A laser output is alternately commanded to a control device 3 from a laser output command circuit 2 by synchronizing with a pulse frequency. The control device 3 outputs a high frequency current while being command to output the laser output and outputs a high frequency current while receiving the output command of the laser output. Since the output high frequency current is alternately output according to a laser output command like this the pulse current having different current value is outputted, attaining to a discharging current. A power unit 4 impresses the high frequency voltage corresponding to each current value of a pulse like discharging current to a laser oscillator 1 alternately. As a result, the laser oscillator 1 repeatedly outputs two ways of laser outputs each constant time. |
