PURPOSE:To deodorize garbage and eliminate its harmfulness in a raw garbage disposal device by providing a garbage incinerating chamber which incinerates garbage by a microwave absorbing heat generator and a dust and ash collecting chamber in a garbage collecting cylinder body with a low dielectric constant and providing a sliding type opening and closing plate between them. CONSTITUTION:An opening and closing plate 17 is closed by the spring force of a spring 19 and a shut-off plate 28 of the lower opening of a dust and ash chute 27 is closed to receive a garbage collecting cylinder body 6 which has collected garbage in a box 1. Next, a magnetron 23 is made to oscillate. The microwave thus generated penetrates a heat insulation body 5 of a low dielectric constant and a garbage collecting cylinder body 6 through a waveguide 21 and is supplied to a cylinder body 2. Accordingly the garbage in the cylinder body 6 and a heat generation 14 absorb microwaves and generate heat. With this arrangement the garbage is dried and ignited and burns. After the combustion is over, the oscillation of the magnetron 23 is stopped and the opening and closing plate 17 is opened to discharge the ash into a dust and ash receiving vessel 19. With this constitution garbage can be disposed sanitarily.
