PURPOSE:To enable the stable supply of steam at a constant rate, by shortening a lower dome, covering the dome with a heat-insulation material except for the part of a flange connecting the lower dome and an upper dome and forming a steam-ejecting port of the dome in the form of a trumpet. CONSTITUTION:The ceiling part of an upper dome 4 is formed in the form of a trumpet by pressing from inward and the formed part is used as a steam- ejection port 7. The dome 2 is covered with a heat-insulation material 8 except for the part between the ring 9 and the flange 6 of the upper dome 4. The detaching and attaching operation of clamping bolt 10 can be freely carried out by this construction. The fluctuation of steam flow is reduced and the flow resistance at the ejection port is decreased.
