PURPOSE:To improve shock resistance and weather proofness in addition to finish appearance by forming a cured coat so that physical property may fall within a specific range when plastic parts of ABS resin are coated with acrylic/ urethane paint. CONSTITUTION:A cured coat of specific physical property is formed on plastic parts after passing through processing stages such as degreasing, coating and drying/curing. As a paint, a binary fluid acrylic/urethane paint having a main agent and curing agent ratio of 95:5-50:50 is employed. When the cured coat is formed, it is arranged so that the initial glass transition point may be limited to within a range of 80-100 deg.C, the initial rupture strength a range of 200-500kg/cm<2> and the initial rupture elongation rate 50% or more. Further, the rupture elongation rate after 400hr of irradiation should be 50% or more of the initial value using a sunshine weatherometer. Thus a paint having the initial shock resistance not deteriorated extremely to long time outdoor exposure can be obtained.
