PURPOSE:To eliminate secondary flocculation after long-time standing, by a method wherein a liquid mixture of fine particles having an average particle size of 100nm or less and an org. solvent is stirred while rotated at a high speed in a homomixer and a binder is added to this stirred liquid mixture gradually while stirring. CONSTITUTION:A liquid mixture consisting of 2.5kg of alumina fine particles having an average particle size of 100nm or less, 60l of a cellulose solvent and 50m of a fermin neutralizing solution is preparatorily stirred. A definite quentity of this liquid mixture preparatorily stirred is transferred to a beaker and stirred on a full scale in a ratio of the number of rotations of 1-2min/l of a peripheral speed of 13m/sec in a separate homomixer. Next, a definite quantity of this liquid mixture is collected in a container and dibutyl phthalate is added to said liquid mixture if necessary under low speed stirring using a propeller stirrer imparting the number of rotations of a peripheral speed of 1m/sec and desired nitrocellulose is subsequently added thereto little by little in a ratio of 10cc/l.
