The invention relates to a device for injecting grout on the outside of a tubular pile driven into the ground by means of at least one non-return valve 20 placed in the wall of the pile. It comprises, fixed to the internal wall of the tube 4 forming the pile, a supply channel 17 of relatively small diameter, located in line with a row of valves, which makes it possible to position, at the height of the valve 20 through which it is desired to inject the grout, a grout-injection device 22 comprising at least one shutter 24 located below the valve 20 and which makes it possible to apply grout under pressure or washing water at the level of the orifices of the valve 20 located on the internal wall of the pile 4. <IMAGE>
