PURPOSE:To reduce the projecting quantity of a tray and improve usability by providing an ordinary projecting position and a different changeable and recessed second position and switching over to said second position. CONSTITUTION:A paper discharge tray 7 is rotatably supported by a support plat 8 and, at the time of ordinary use, it is placed early in a horizontal position, to load discharged sheets of paper. When, writing, etc. is carried out at a display part 1, the paper discharge tray 7 is rotated and held in a housing position. At this time, a sheet of paper 6a is discharged out of a paper discharge port, its advancing direction is changed by the rotated paper discharge tray 7a, and the sheet of paper 6a hangs down in the direction of specific gravity and loaded on a second paper discharge tray 9. Thus, the paper discharge tray can be retracted without hindering the discharge of sheets of paper.
