PURPOSE:To always maintain the consistency of a data base by providing a pointer showing that control information on a record exclusive control routine is related to which transaction and adding a function handling control information on a transaction control routine to the record exclusive control routine. CONSTITUTION:The pointer showing that the control information on the record exclusive control routine 11 is related to which transaction is provided between a transaction control block 12 being the control information on the transaction control routine 10 and a queue control block 13 being the control information on the record exclusive control routine 11. Moreover the function to handle the control information on the transaction control routine 10 is added to the record exclusive control routine 11 to constitute the titled system. Namely, the pointer outputted to the transaction control block 12 from a queue element in the queue control block 13 is set by the record exclusive control routine 11. Thus the pointer shows the connection of the transaction to a record used.
