PURPOSE:To increase a recording capacity and to obtain an optical information recording disk excellent in a sense of beauty by displaying the individual information of the optical information recording disk on the peripheral end surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The individual information 4, such as the number of an article, a lot number, a production date, the name of a maker of the optical information recording disk 1 is displayed on the peripheral end surface 3 of the substrate 2. Thereby, the display made on the plane part of the optical information recording disk 1 can be canceled, a recording area can be enlarged to the range and the recording capacity can be increased for that part. Since the display which is not directly related to a user is eliminated from a visible part, the sense of beauty of the product can be improved.
