PURPOSE:To prevent unjust reception by descrambling only detection contract channel out of multi-channel PCM signals when a receiver decides that it corresponds to detected address information. CONSTITUTION:When the receiver address information A by an address detection circuit 1 and the contract channel information C by a contract channel information detection circuit 2 are detected in a pair from the receiver and the detected receiver address information A corresponds to a number which is assigned to the receiver, a descramble signal is supplied to an adder 5 through a descramble control circuit 4 corresponding to the contract channel following the detected contract channel information C. Thus when the address information for individual receivers and individual channel information are detected on the receiver side and the receiver decides that they are for the detected address information, only the detected contract channel out of the multi-channel PCM signals is descrambled.
