PURPOSE:When the spinning starts, the feed yarn is held by sucking and guided automatically through the taking-off mechanism and the yarn-break detector, then knotted with the lower yarn that is held by sucking and the dip of the yarn caused during the knotting is stored, thereby the rate of success in the automatic yarn knotting is increased. CONSTITUTION:The end of the upper yarn Bu coming out of flase-twisting fluid nozzle 7 is held by the opening 32 of sucking nozzle 30 a and the yarn is passed through the taking-off mechanism 3 and the yarn-break detector 10 by movement of the nozzle 30a. Then, the nozzle 30 a moves to the position of 30f and reserver 34 shifts to the position of 34a. In the meantime, package 14 is separated from drum 11 and made to revolve reversely and nozzle 43 holds the end of the lower yarn Bl at the position of 43a. Both yarns are held in parallel between arms 48 and 49 and connected with knotter 52. The dip of the yarn caused during knotting is sucked and stored in reserver 34a and the taking-up opertion is restarted. |
