<p>In the process, the mixture of phosphatides is dissolved in, as entrainer, mono or diglycerides of fatty acids or a mixture of such glycerides having melting points preferably below 30 DEG C, where the glyceride(s) can also contain triglycerides and/or small quantities of free fatty acids, and then the solution is subjected to countercurrent extraction with an extraction medium consisting of a supercritical component and a further entrainer, under conditions in which the extraction medium is supercritical, with partial recycling of the extract, and the phosphatidylcholine in pure or enriched form is separated off from the refined product, especially by subsequent extraction of the glycerides. <IMAGE></p> |
