PURPOSE:To make a surface layer of an injection molded product to have excellent weatherability, heat resistance, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and flame resistance, non-adherent property and easily stain-removableness, by placing a vinylidene fluoride resin sheet, or a sheet comprising a vinylidene fluoride resin layer and a thermoplastic resin layer in a mold for injection molding, and injecting a molten thermoplastic resin in the mold. CONSTITUTION:As a vinylidene fluoride resin a1, a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer and/or a copolymer containing 50mol% or more of vinylidene fluoride are used. As thermoplastic resins a2 and B, thermoplastic resins other than vinylidene fluoride resins are used moreover resins whose injection molding temp. is 350 deg.C or lower are preferably used. A sheet of the vinylidene fluoride resin a1 or a laminate sheet a composed of the vinylidene fluoride resin a1 layer and the thermoplastic resin a2 layer is placed on a mold surface corresponding to the surface of the molding in such a way that the vinylidene fluoride resin a1 is contacted with the mold surface. Thereafter, the thermoplastic resin B is injection molded to complete an injection molded product whose surface layer is composed of the vinylidene fluoride resin. |
