PURPOSE:To reduce the resistance of a collector lead and to improve the cell property, by furnishing a solid electrolyte fuel cell generator at the surface of a porous ceramic tube, and a collector lead formed by impregnating a conductive metal to the ceramic tube. CONSTITUTION:At the surface of a porous ceramic tube 1 which consists of ZrO2-CaO and alumina, a solid electrolyte fuel cell generator 2 is formed. By impregnating a metal such as silver, nickel, or the like to the ceramic tube 1, a collector lead 3 of the generator 2 is formed. The outside of the lead 3 is covered with a protective membrane 5 of alumina or the like, except a collector terminal 4. A piping 6 for feeding fuel is furnished penetrating the collector terminal 4. The fuel is fed from the piping 6 through the tube 1, while the air or oxygen is fed in the direction of the arrow A. The current generated at the generator 2 flows through the lead 3, a high temperature part 7, and a heat keeping part 8, and reaches the collector terminal 4. |
