发明名称 ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which gives molded products having excellent electrical conductivity and electromagnetic wave shielding properties after heat cycling, containing a specified resin compsn. and stainless steel fiber. CONSTITUTION:At least one compd. selected from the group consisting of arom. vinyl compds., vinyl cyanide compds. and (meth)acrylic acid is graft-polymerized onto a rubber elastomer to give a copolymer (c) wherein the continuous phase is composed of 90-40% (by mol; the same applies hereinbelow) residue (i) of the arom. vinyl compd. and 10-60% residue (ii) of at least one member of said compds. 30-100wt% copolymer (a) composed of 90-50% component (i), 10-50% residue (iii) of a maleimide compd. and 0-30% residue (iv) of other copolymerizable vinyl compd. is blended with 0-50wt% copolymer (b) composed of 90-40% component (i) and 10-60% residue (v) of a vinyl cyanide compd. and 70-0wt% component (c) to give a resin compsn. (A). The component A is blended with 4-15wt% SUS304 stainless steel fiber (B) having an average fiber diameter of 2-20mum, an average fiber length of 0.5-10mm and an aspect ratio of 200-1,000.
